US MicroJet has combined turbine technology from our rich history, up-to-the-minute technology from our own aerospace experts as well as contracted expertise from some of the world's foremost authorities to engineer this powerful turbine.
The completed Hercules turbojet now has full "push button" autostart. This increases the overall length of the engine to 19 inches but only adds a few pounds to this amazingly light 22.5 lb. package!
150 lbs of continuous thrust in such a small package makes this turbojet perfect for sailplane pilots who want the freedom to self-launch . . .and the confidence to know that they have a reliable power plant to get-them-home!
